Lawyer and professor of undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Law at the University of Passo Fundo (1999), with an emphasis on the lines of Constitutional Jurisdiction and Democracy, Justice Systems and Real Estate Law.

Lawyer and researcher. PhD and Master's Degree in Criminal Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. Postgraduate (Specialization) in Criminal Sciences from the same university. He currently holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Passo Fundo - RS (UPF), accredited as a professor of the Postgraduate Program of the Faculty of Law - Master's Degree, and teaches, in the undergraduate courses, Criminal Procedural Law and Criminology. Professor of the Master's Program in Applied Criminology at the Universidad San Carlos de Guatemala. Has experience in the areas of Criminal Procedural Law, Criminal Policy and Criminology.
Dr. Giovani da Silva Corralo
Holds a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Passo Fundo (1995), a specialization in municipal law from UFRGS (2001), and a master's degree (2004) and doctorate (2006) in Law from the Federal University of Paraná. He is a lawyer and full-time professor of the undergraduate and master's programs in Law at the Law School of the University of Passo Fundo; a visiting professor at the School of Public Management of the Federation of Associations of Municipalities of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and at the master's programs of the Agostinho Neto University and the 11 de Novembro University - Angola. He has experience in the area of Law, with an emphasis on Municipal Law and Administrative Law.
Dr. Josiane Petry Faria
Holds a degree in Law from the Federal University of Pelotas (2000), a specialization in Political Science from the Federal University of Pelotas (2002), a Master's degree in Fundamental Rights and Labor Relations from the University of Caxias do Sul (2005), and a PhD in Law from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (2015) with a Prosup and PDSE Capes scholarship from the University of Seville/ES (2015). Currently is Full Professor, coordinator of the Projur Mulher extension project and the research project Dimensions of Power, gender and diversity at the Faculty of Law of the University of Passo Fundo. She has experience in the area of Law, with an emphasis on criminal sciences, gender and human rights.
Dr. Karen Beltrame Becker Fritz
Graduated in Economics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) in 1997 and Master in Rural Economy from UFRGS (2000). PhD in Rural Development from the Postgraduate Program in Rural Development of the School of Economics of UFRGS (2009). Currently is Full Professor I at the School of Law of the University of Passo Fundo and is part of the permanent faculty of the Postgraduate Program Master in Law. She has experience in the area of Economics, Development and Economic Analysis of Law.
Dr. Márcio Renan Hamel
Holds a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Passo Fundo (2002), a degree in Philosophy from the University of Passo Fundo (2007), a specialization in Private Law (2003), a Master's degree in Development from the Regional University of the Northwest of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (2007) and a PhD in Legal and Social Sciences from the Postgraduate Program in Sociology and Law at the Fluminense Federal University (2013). Postdoctoral fellow at the Regional Integrated University of Alto Uruguai and Missões - URI Santo Angelo. He has experience in the areas of Philosophy of Law, Political Philosophy, Legal Hermeneutics and Legal Theory. He has studies based on Enlightenment philosophy and Jürgen Habermas.
Dr. Patrícia Grazziotin Noschang
PhD in Law PPGD/UFSC. Master in Law and International Relations PPGD/UFSC. Specialist in MBA in Foreign Trade and International Business from Fundação Getulio Vargas and in International Public, Private and Regional Integration Law from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Graduated in Law from Universidade Católica de Pelotas. Professor at the Faculty of Law and in the Postgraduate Program in Law (Master's) at Universidade de Passo Fundo/RS.
Dr. Rogério da Silva
PhD in Law from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (2016), Master in Law from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (2008). Currently is Full Professor at the University of Passo Fundo. Has experience in the area of Law, with an emphasis on Business Law and Consumer Law. Coordinator of the Consumer Counter Project and Director of the Law School of the University of Passo Fundo.
