The Magazine “Justice of Law” (Qualis A1) is a publication of the Law School of the University of Passo Fundo, inscribed in ISSN n. 1413-7038. The magazine aims the publication of new papers of professors and students of the stricto sensu Graduate Programs in Law of institutions of Brazil and abroad.

Its objective is to disseminate scientific papers, research results related to the editorial lines of the magazine: constitutional jurisdiction and democracy; and social relations and dimensions of power.

Publication of papers is subject to blind evaluation and according to publication standards.
