About

The Graduate Program in Civil and Environmental Engineering (PPGEng), including the Master and Doctoral Programs, presents, as its main differential, an innovative and visionary project whose theme is highly connected with the sustainable development. It aligns technical decisions in engineering with the main issues concerning infrastructure and the environment in the contemporary world; it also enables professional from several knowledge areas to solve local, regional, national and international problems.
 
The PPGEng started to operate in 2003 with its Master Program. In 2016, it increases its operation with the creation of the Ph.D. Program.
The PPGEng, accredited by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), obtained grade 4 in its last evaluation process.
